Force calibration service. We offer a range of calibration services for force measuring equipment. Including Universal Testing Machine calibration, Tensile Tester calibration to a simple Force Gauge calibration, (see table at the bottom of the page for typical force calibrations performed).

Our force calibrations services can typically be performed on site, we can even calibrate individual load cells onsite using our specialist mobile calibration machine. We believe we are the only company in the UK able to offer the onsite calibration of individual load cells.

AML engineers are highly experienced force calibration professionals.

All force calibrations fully traceable to National Standards though a UKAS calibration laboratory.

Force calibration service levels to meet your needs

  • Onsite (we visit you) offsite (you send in the equipment)
  • Standard turnaround for offsite 5 working days, this can be reduced to 2 working days by prior agreement.
  • One off calibration, service or repair visit
  • Annual contract with a 12, 6, or 3 monthly visit cycle
  • Breakdown call outs with an agreed response time e.g. 4, 12, 24 or 48 hour, 7 day a   week cover.
  • All engineers hold IOSH H&S Passports
  • AML is SafeContractor accredited
