The Meg-20 TT fatigue testing machine enables very high cycle tests to be performed under controlled temperature conditions. This is down to the testing frame which incorporates ultrasonic excitation technology that allows the specimen of interest to be loaded at a frequency approaching 20kHz.

Used in industries such as energy and environment, and transport and mobility, it’s dedicated to fully reversed and pulsating tensile tests (load ratio R=-1 and 0<R<1).

An astounding one billion cycles is reached in just 14 hours, reducing the time required to obtain Wöhler curves.
