The SYNTECH 700 Electromechanical Universal Testing Machine (UTM) is designed for high-capacity testing of high-strength materials such as alloys, steels, and welded structures.
Capable of achieving up to 700 kN force capacity, it extends the capabilities of electromechanical testing.
Four colossal guide columns, four preloaded ball screws, and the RIGI-DRIVE II transmission deliver exceptional stiffness (~1250 kN/mm) and stability when testing large specimens.
This tensile tester comes supplied with comprehensive and user-friendly Synt-X software, enabling operators to move quickly from setup to execution, while ensuring consistency and repeatability. With features like pre-configuration of products and specimens, and automatic generation of customised test reports, it helps users focus on their tests by reducing setup time and minimise operator errors.
The Synt-X test control software is designed, developed, and maintained in-house by 3R’s engineering team, guaranteeing long-term compatibility and continuous improvement for routine production testing, advanced research, and standard-compliant mechanical tests.
