The VAL-150 Box Compression Tester (BCT) is controlled by LYNX testing software run on an all-in-one touch screen PC (both the PC and software are supplied with the BCT).

With a maximum force capacity of 150 kN, it’s ideal for performing compression resistance test on big boxes, pallets, packing and packaging up to 1550mm x 1550mm.

These machines are customisable for platen size or distance between the platens.

LYNX Testing Software for Packaging and Packing Compression

The LYNX testing software allows testing of compression at break, compression at constant load, and cyclic compression on packaging and packaging of corrugated and compact cardboard, plastic, and metal. It records minimum, maximum, and median value; and standard deviation, as well as offering:
