A step up from the ART-MFi10, this high-performance Melt Flow Index tester is our “out-of-the-box” solution for meeting the rigorous quality control requirements of the polymer industry.
It offers a streamlined and automated approach to assessing polymer flow characteristics by combining robust mechanical engineering with a sophisticated 7” touchscreen interface and a dedicated microprocessor. This ensures full compliance with Method A of leading international standards.
With temperature accuracy to +/-0.1 °C and functions like an integrated auto-cut system, the ART-MFi20 is built to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of your melt flow test procedures.
Important: The ART-MFi20 can be supplied in either 110-120v 60 Hz and 220-240v 50 Hz.

This Melt Flow Index apparatus comes supplied as a comprehensive “out-of-the-box” solution. It includes:
- Standard tooling: Discharge piston, 2.09h5 mm diameter precision test die, and a 2.16kg test load.
- Professional cleaning kit: Cleaning rod, die tool, wire brush, and specialised cleaning cloths to maintain instrument and measurement integrity.
- Validation tools: A Go/No-Go gauge for die orifice verification and a graduated filling cylinder.
