On-site viscometer & flow cup calibration service

Stay right where you are. We’ll arrange a mutually-convenient date to come visit you at your premises to calibrate your flow cups or viscometers. This is our most popular viscometer calibration service, saving you pennies and offering practicality when you have multiple machines requiring calibration.

Our friendly, knowledgeable engineers will work with your laboratory personnel to ensure the minimum of disruption and offer helpful support to help you keep your viscosity testing equipment operating at its full potential.

Off-site viscometer & flow cup calibration service

Don’t worry – our consistent level of service quality doesn’t drop if you choose our off-site viscometer calibration services. The technicians and dispatch team at our in-house laboratory work hard day in and day out to deliver accurate results and quick turnaround times for our customers.

Our standard off-site calibration turnaround time is five working days, but can be reduced to 24-48 hours if pre-arranged. We also offer a calibration collection and drop-off service for local businesses within a 35-mile radius of our UKAS-accredited lab.

All our calibrations are fully traceable to national standards by using UKAS ISO 17025 certified calibration oils and thermometers. Our viscometer calibration fluids are manufactured in the UK by Paragon Scientific who are world leaders in producing viscosity calibration standards.

How often should I have my viscometer calibrated?

The frequency of viscometer calibration depends on your usage, the level of accuracy required, and the manufacturer’s recommendations, which can be typically found in the instruction manual.
