Onsite calibration is the most popular option when it comes to our local calibration services, and for good reason. You’ll benefit from faster turnaround times (onsite test instrument calibration work is typically completed the same day or within a few days) and minimal disruption to your operations.
Let’s set up a date and time for one of our engineers to have a trip to your workplace, and we’ll do the rest.
Is your business based within 35 miles of our calibration laboratory (postcode LN1 2WE)? Congratulations! You’re eligible for our local calibration collection and delivery service. Better still, you don’t have to move a muscle (other than to give us a call or email).
We’ll come pick up your test equipment, calibrate it back at our UKAS-accredited lab, and then drop it back off at your premises within five working days (turnaround time can be reduced via pre-agreement).
Please Note: We assess each calibration collection and drop-off service request individually to ensure it’s cost-effective for both parties. In some cases, we will allow some leeway on the 35 mile radius, depending on the number of test instruments that need calibrating.
Many businesses send us their test instruments in the post. Again, we will work to a standard turnaround time of five working days, unless you opt for our 24-48 hour express service to ensure an even quicker turnaround. Rest assured, we’ll return your calibrated equipment back to you securely via UPS, with tracking details sent to you via email on the date of order shipment.
Ideal for testing tools like multimeters, thermometers, and torque wrenches, our “Calibrate While You Wait” service is designed for businesses located near to our facility or working in the surrounding area.
Give us a call or email with your preferred time and date, and we’ll check we have the necessary resources available. All you need to do then is bring us your gear and we’ll get to work calibrating your measuring equipment. In the meantime, you’re welcome to wait at our site and have a cuppa (the kettle is always on!).
