The VALIDATOR PLUS-50 Box Compression Tester (BCT) is controlled by LYNX testing software run on an all-in-one touch screen PC (both the PC and software are supplied with the BCT).

With a maximum force capacity of 50 kN, it’s ideal for performing compression resistance test on middle size boxes, packing and packaging up to 1000mm x 1000mm.

These machines are customisable for platen size or distance between the platens.

LYNX Testing Software for Packaging and Packing Compression

The LYNX testing software allows testing of compression at break, compression at constant load, and cyclic compression on packaging and packaging of corrugated and compact cardboard, plastic, and metal. It records minimum, maximum, and median value; and standard deviation, as well as offering:
