THS1232 Manual Dual Blade Sample Cutter

The THS1232 Manual Dual Blade Sample Cutter is suitable for cutting uniform strip specimens 15 mm and 25.4 mm wide. For example, peel tests on films and foils.

It’s applicable for preparing specimens according to ASTM-F88 and ASTM-D882 (similar to ASTM-D6287 procedure B). These standards are widely used in the packaging industry — ASTM F88 evaluates the peel strength of seals, while ASTM D882 is a common testing standard that evaluates the tensile properties of thin plastic films and sheets.

This precision tool has a cutting depth of 3mm, with shatterproof razor blades providing enhanced safety and durability.
