The tester has a variable speed conveyor which has a hot air blower directed over the sample. The user makes a proof and then places onto the beginning of the conveyor which feeds its through hot air stream from the blower and the sample comes out of the other end of the tester.
The speed of the conveyor and the temperature of the blower is controllable
