Flexural Bench with Mobile Gantries For Hollow Core Slabs

Used in the precast concrete industry, this flexural bench with mobile gantries enables easy adaptation of the test configuration to different hollow core slab dimensions, so you can test various elements with a single piece of equipment.

These frames consist of a fixed self-supporting bench on which two (or more) gantries move. They meet EN 1168 standards, with excellent ergonomics and ease of loading central to the design.

They’re typically equipped with displacement sensors, enabling deflection measurement on the products to be tested.

Important: Since 2000, 3R Industries have been asked to produce numerous flexural benches with mobile gantries, for testing on fence posts, hollow core slabs (800 kN), teaching buckling tests on posts, flexural tests on beams (600 kN), etc.
