ART-TSCD Test Sample Cutting Dies

These robust test sample cutting dies are ideal for labs and workshops that need to produce test samples at pace and with precision. Manufactured from high-quality, press tool grade steel, they compliment the ART-MSP Manual Test and ART-PSP Pneumatic Test Sample Presses in our range.

The cutting dies are fitted with a 25mm diameter fixing arbor as standard, and can be used to produce a variety of test sample shapes from materials such as fabrics, films, foils, paper, rubber, and soft plastics.

Non-standard arbors can also be fitted to meet customers specific requirements so the cutters fit into other manufacturers’ equipment.

EDM machined for accurate tolerancing, heat treated and diamond lapped on each of the cutting edges to increase wear resistance and life.
Spring loaded ejection system for easy automatic sample ejection and cutter edge protection when handling the dies.*
Manufactured to meet International Test Standards such as ASTM D412, D638 and ISO 527.
