The Ohaus Valor 1000 Series of compact bench scales is a reliable choice for general food weighing and preparation tasks in environments such as bakeries and commercial kitchens.
It has a NSF-certified, USDA-AMS accepted design that supports HACCP systems and is easy to operate. Seven different models are available, with readabilities ranging from 0.5 g to 10g and maximum weighing capacities up to 30 kg.
