We are very proud to have been awarded the ‘Service Support Agent’ of the year by Technidyne

AML Instruments has been Technidyne’s U.K. agent for over three and half years, in this time we have made a number of significant sales including installing the first PROFILE/Plus™ automated testing system in Europe.

As a result of our extensive service capabilities we have been able to support a number of customers across Europe for Technidyne where their local agent didn’t have the required skills or knowledge to carry out the service work.  This has meant a more timely and cost effective service for the customers as Technidyne hasn’t had to send an engineer in from the USA.

AML are 100% committed to providing the best possible customer service at all times. As a result we attend regular training at the Technidyne Headquarters. Paul Wilkinson from AML is currently visiting HQ for two weeks training to ensure we have the most up to date skills to help our customers.

AML Instruments already has a number of service tours though out the year and we cover all of Europe and also the Middle East. We can calibrate & service a large range of measuring instruments and test equipment from most manufactures. We are also official agents for a number of leading manufactures of equipment such as Ohaus, Kern, Oakland Instruments, Kershaw Instrumentation, Techlab Systems (TLS) Hanatek Instruments, Rhopoint Instruments, Metrotec, RollTest Oy & Grip Engineering.
