Mark Richardson Joins AML Instruments

News

AML Instruments are pleased to announce that Mark Richardson has joined the company as Stores Administrator.

This newly created role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Carrying out regular inspections on all company vehicles and managing the fleet to ensure vehicles are in a safe and roadworthy condition.
  • Booking in and out of engineer equipment ahead of on-site visits.
  • Collections and deliveries as part of our local calibration collection and drop-off service (this can be further afield depending on the circumstances).

With over 30 years in print and packaging, and four years in the tractor trade, Mark is looking forward to keeping the company’s test equipment organised and supporting AML’s team of expert engineers, to ensure their on-site operations run smoothly. In his spare time, Mark loves cycling,  hiking, and weekends away with his chocolate lab Wallace and bargain hunting with his wife Zoe.

Discussing his new position, Mark said:

“In the short time I’ve been working at AML Instruments, I’ve already learned how the constant need for calibration and maintenance ensures quality and assurance for the customer. It’s an exciting time to be joining a growing company, and I look forward to working closely with the engineers, helping AML expand their market presence, and showcasing their expertise in calibration to new businesses.

Alex Leeson, Managing Director of AML Instruments, added:

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Mark on board as our new Stores Administrator. Mark will play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly by managing inventory, assisting with our local calibration collection and drop-off service, and assisting with the monitoring and organisation of our fleet.

His wealth of experience, organisational skills, and administrative efficiency will be invaluable in driving our company forward.”
