AML Instruments are delighted to announce our extension to UKAS temperature calibration scope for calibrators/probes has been granted. This means we can now perform UKAS temperature calibrations from -40°C to 660°C using a dry block calibrator (covering temperature probes, digital thermometers, and similar equipment).
This expanded range allows us to provide precision calibration for an even wider variety of applications and industries, ensuring your temperature measuring instruments operates accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. We’re also awaiting final UKAS approval for our extension of scope to cover ovens, fridges, and freezers — hopefully this will be granted in the next couple of weeks.”

Looking ahead, the company has begun building our electrical UKAS capability, which will be assessed next July. This project is being led by Hashhash and Shane Easton (Calibration Engineer).
