Bulk Density Apparatus – ASTM D1895 Method A

This Bulk Test Density Apparatus is engineered to meet the rigorous specifications of the ASTM D1895 (Method A) international test standard.

It’s used to precisely quantify the “Apparent Density” of granulates, powders, and resins. This is achieved through a standardised funnel design, which features a precision outlet bore of 0.95 cm ± 0.08 cm, optimised for powders and granules typically under 2mm in size.

The unit is mounted on a robust stand featuring a dedicated material shut-off valve to prevent premature flow prior to the start of the test.
