How to use the illuminated colour assessment cabinet

Simply plug in, switch on and press the D65 lamp button to light it up. You can use more than one paint inspection light source at the same time — just select the appropriate buttons.

Next up, place your samples at the centre of the colour assessment cabinet. If you’re using the paint inspection light(s) to check two or more samples at once then it’s best to place each in parallel and avoid overlapping them before observing.

When you’re finished, simply switch off the colourbox using the one/off key.

Our colour assessment cabinet timers show you the total service time of the cabinet. While the total operating time of each individual light source (F, TL84 or UV) is displayed and recorded.
