Were looking for an experienced Business Administrator to join or expanding team.

Working for a small Company specialising in Measuring equipment, assisting the company Directors in developing the company’s Quality and Technical Framework, including. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience of working to a Quality Standard (e.g. ISO 9001:2015). Main duties will include:

  • Maintaining and developing the Quality Management System
  • Assisting the Technical Manager to maintain and develop the Technical Management System
  • Assist in Business Development activities
  • Provide reports on business performance
  • Assist in general office tasks as needed
  • Management of non-conformities, corrective and preventative actions
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
  • Control of Records
  • Evaluation of suppliers
  • Completion of audits relevant to the Quality Management System
